Australian Yoga Academy has been assisting people to raise their consciousness, transform their lives and maximise their potential spiritually, mentally and physically since 2000.
Our studios are located in Prahran and Richmond where we offer vinyasa power flow yoga classes, yoga teacher training, workshops and certificate courses as well as private consultations.
AYA is not bound by any one particular yoga or spiritual tradition rather we have studied many of the world’s great traditions and see the wisdom in all. We unite these teachings into a cohesive all-encompassing framework that is applicable to modern times. We pride ourselves on sharing great yogic and philosophical teachings in a down to earth and practical manner without any heirs and graces.
AYA has a dedicated team of teachers and lecturers who are leaders in their field and who are inspired and passionate about sharing the wisdom of yoga with others.
